Mumbai: Deepika Padukone has been appointed as the brand ambassador of Vistara Airlines, after previously being associated in a similar role for the now-defunct Kingfisher Airlines.
A campaign, featuring Deepika, based on Vistara’s tagline ‘Fly the new feeling’ is slated to be launched on Monday. This campaign is set to be the second major advertising campaign for the airlines, a joint venture between Tata Sons and Singapore Airlines, which was launched last year.

An advertisement featuring Deepika is out on the airlines’ Twitter handle. The ad has a classy looking Deepika enjoying the service of the airline, waking up to the sunshine and saying, ‘Flying, it just feels new again, with Vistara.'

Deepika, who is one of the highest-paid actresses in the film industry, is also reportedly the highest-paid female brand ambassador in the country, at the moment, with numerous endorsements in her kitty.
Previously, Deepika was signed as a brand ambassador of Vijay Mallya’s Kingfisher Airlines, after she had featured on the popular Kingfisher calendar. She was also spotted supporting Mallya’s IPL team Royal Challengers Bangalore and was also linked to his son Siddharth.
