Things are looking up for Priyanka Chopra and how. The actress, who is on an all-time career high, has added another feather to her cap. She is set to receive her second Dadasaheb Phalke award, this time in the best actress category for the role of Kashibai in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani.
This is her second Phalke award — the first was for the ‘Most Memorable Performance’ in 2011 for the film Saath Khoon Maaf.
The Dadasaheb Film Foundation will honour the actress with her first Best Actress of the Year award on the occasion of 147th Dadasaheb Phalke Jayanti. The ceremony will be held in Mumbai on April 24.
