Talking to the media, the actor, who is currently in Dubai to attend an awards show said, “I’ve been a little injured, so I want to take some time off. I’ve got a broken patella.”
The actor, who previously sustained an injury on his knee while shooting for Farah Khan’s Happy New Year, suffered another injury on his leg while shooting for his film Fan.
SRK underwent an arthroscopy surgery on his left knee at Mumbai’s Breach Candy hospital last year. The surgery occurred due to the wearing of his patella (knee cap). The wear occurred because of repeated injuries at the same spot over a few years.
