Two of the hottest couples in Bollywood — Ranbir Kapoor-Katrina Kaif and Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone — were approached to make appearances during New Years in Dubai.
A source said, “As Dubai always has big celebrations for New Years, a team was trying to get a Bollywood couple for the big night. The appearance was going to give fans in Dubai a chance to see their favourite stars in person. It would have required the actors to spare at least two days for the appearance.”
The team in Dubai was keen to get either a Ranbir-Katrina or Ranveer-Deepika for the big night. They were approached independently, but after a few days, the team was informed that the stars wouldn’t be available.
So why did they turn down offer A source said, “Both Ranbir-Katrina and Ranveer-Deepika will be going on a holiday to celebrate New Years. The couples will be heading to their respective destinations independently. That’s the reason they said no to the Dubai offer.”
