According to the Dailymail, a tweet showing the pair — famous for their roles as Chandler Bing and Monica Geller — enjoying a catch up in West Hollywood has been lined up against an image from the show. The picture, which has been re-tweeted over 12,000 times and garnered 13,000 likes, brought memories flooding back for viewers, as the adoring look the actor gave to his pal was strikingly similar to the look his alter-ego Chandler gave his pal-turned-wife Monica. Clearly overcome by the similarity in the two pictures, Friends fan @mccalilbang wrote, “matthew looks at courteney the same way chandler looks at monica and i don’t know what to do with myself.(sic)’ It even drew speculation of a possible real-life romance from confused fans. However, the image dates back to 2005 and was taken months after the show ended its decade-long run. In the photo, Matthew is seen resting his head on his palm, with his elbow on the table while looking sweetly at Courteney. In the show, the two ended up as husband and wife and even adopted a baby!
