Amidst split speculations, Anushka and Virat head out for a dinner date

Recently, Virat lashed out at critics for trolling Anushka after India’s emphatic win against Australia in the ICC World T20.

: The things are looking up for again for Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli as the two were spotted on a dinner date. Although the duo maintained stoic silence about their relationship status, this outing definitely puts all those rumours to rest.

While there is no confirmation from either of the two, there were reports of the duo parting ways after dating for more than two years. While some said it was Anushka’s denial to Virat’s marriage proposal that led to their break up, others said that it was Anushka's decision to sign ‘Sultan’- a movie opposite Salman Khan- that did not go down well with Virat.

When the rumours of break-up were doing the rounds, it was reported that Virat was loving his newfound single status. While he went on a family trip to Wagha border, Anushka was busy mastering wrestling moves for 'Sultan'.

Recently, Virat lashed out at critics for trolling Anushka after India’s emphatic win against Australia in the ICC World T20. He wrote, -"Shame on those people who have been having a go at Anushka for the longest time and connecting every negative thing to her. Shame on those people calling themselves educated. Shame on blaming and making fun of her when she has no control over what I do with my sport. If anything she has only motivated and given me more positivity. This was long time coming. Shame on these people that hide and take a dig.”

We wonder if this post had anything to do with the reconciliation.
