Alia Bhatt still won’t talk about Sidharth Malhotra

We’re just friends — that’s my story and I’m sticking to it. This may well be what’s playing on Alia Bhatt’s mind, who seems to be tight-lipped about her equation with Sidharth Malhotra despite the mounting clues that there may be more brewing between the two. Just last month when all of Bollywood was partying in Spain, thanks to an award function held on its shores, Alia took off for London with her best friend Akansha Ranjan. The two were joined by Sidharth, as was evident when Ranjan posted a picture of the trio online.

When Alia was asked about the ‘chance meeting’ in London at the screening of M Cream, the actress completely ignored the question and turned to Ira Dubey to strike a conversation.

Says a source, “Ira had invited Alia to support her film. The budding friendship between the two is thanks to Gauri Shinde’s upcoming film where they’re seen playing best friends.”
