The wait for Samsung's first foldable smartphone is getting longer as the company is unlikely to release the Galaxy Fold in June as promised.
According to a Yonhap report, Samsung is still working on the quality of its Galaxy Fold which is taking longer than expected. Early reviewers reported multiple issues with the foldable display on the smartphone, compelling Samsung to push the release from April to June.
Samsung is now likely to announce the reschedule in a few weeks. Industry officials predict the smartphone to release in the second half of 2019.
