About a month ago, news surfaced about Google planning a gaming service that was based on a monthly subscription. The Google “Play Pass” will give you access to a lot of premium games for lesser than USD 5 per month. The service will compete with Apple’s own subscription based gaming service called ‘Apple Arcade’ that was launched yesterday alongside the iPhone 11.

Now the company says the service is almost ready to launch.

The tweet strongly indicates an imminent launch of the service soon, although we have no official date yet.
