Google released its Allo and Duo mobile applications for the social media enthusiasts last year. Since then, both these apps have seen interesting developments. Google Duo has crossed over 50 million downloads on Play Store.

Google has rolled out new features for Allo including an option to restore and backing up chats. The update also includes an incognito mode for group chats and offers link previews within the app. The update is available on both Google Play and App Store.

While the incognito option is available on both the platforms, the chat backup option only caters to the Android users for now. Android users will now be able to backup their chats on the Google Drive and can restore them.
