French technology company Zoook has launched a solar-powered waterproof speaker — the ZB-Solar Muse in India. The new speaker comes with a price tag of Rs 4,999.

The company says that the new solar-powered wireless outdoor speaker is a shockproof, dustproof and waterproof. The device has a 30 Hour battery backup and an integrated solar panel that charges the lithium battery and keeps the music going when you are out and about at a beach party or camping trip.

The company claims that the speaker needs only 10 mins of sunshine to give you 30 mins of uninterrupted music. Moreover, the device uses APT-X high definition technology. With detachable velcro straps, cyclists can also strap the speakers on to their bikes. Users can wirelessly stream music from any Bluetooth device.

Other features include a flashlight to help the nomad in your search in the dark and a microphone feature will help you answer calls when you don’t have your phone around. It also comes with a powerful LED display with a 5v/2A quick charge comes in a single colour. The ZB- Solar muse is available at all online platforms and offline stores.
