Mumbai: Former West Indian all-rounder Sir Garfield Sobers hailed Virat Kohli for making a clean sweep of the ICC awards. Kohli won the Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy, for the ICC Test cricketer of the year, for a second year in succession.

“He is a great player and there are not many cricketers around who can match his integrity. As a captain also, he is very intelligent.

“He deserved this award. He is a great human being and a wonderful person. I met him once in Trinidad when he came here to play,” added the former all-rounder.
