World Cup semi-final: India post lowest powerplay score of the tournament

Mumbai: India have posted the lowest score in the powerplay stage of the game, in the semi-final clash against the Kiwis. The score at the end of the first 10 overs was 24/4.

India's top three batsmen, Rohit Sharma, skipper Virat Kohli and Lokesh Rahul were all caught and dismissed for a single run each.

The previous lowest powerplay score of the tournament was also in the same match on Tuesday, when New Zealand were at 27/1 in their first 10 overs.
