Ranveer Singh who is set to play a rapper in Zoya Akhtar's upcoming next titled Gully Boy attended a concert called 'Gully Fest' recently.

The actor was seen jamming with ace rapper Divine along with other rappers at the fest which was a visual and musical treat for all the fans.

Ranveer was absolutely high on energy while jamming with the rapper on his song 'Mere Gully Mein'. The actor also surprised everyone by diving into the crowd during the live performance.

The actor, who is almost always on toes, then spontaneously jumped into the crowd, causing a huge roar among those present.

Gully Boy is a story inspired by slum rappers of Dharavi. Ranveer Singh who is paired opposite Alia Bhatt for the first time on the big screen is playing the role of a street rapper.

The film is Ranveer's second collaboration with Zoya which showcases the actor in a leaner avatar.

Alia Bhatt who is marking her first outing with Excel Entertainment and Zoya Akhtar will be seen in a never seen before avatar in Gully Boy.

The film also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Kalki Koechlin in pivotal roles.
