According to police officials they have booked RPF jawans P.K. Singh, B.K. Singh, Deepak Rathud and Mahendra Baghel over the case. The complainant works in a beauty products shop in Dombivali. In January, the accused allegedly raped her in a police chowki at Diva station after giving a spiked cold drink and she fell unconscious.
The woman said in her complaint she had kept silent so far because the accused had threatened her to keep mum about the incident. However, she spoke to members of an NGO recently, following which they urged her to approach the police.
A senior official said the accused would be arrested after the completion of investigation. According to the official, the complainant hails from Uttar Pradesh and she already knew the jawan P.K Singh. In January, Singh asked her to come to the RPF chowki at Diva station. The woman said when she reached the location, the jawans were consuming liquor and watching obscene videos. She was also given a cold drink, and which she fell unconscious. The four men later allegedly raped her.
