Mumbai: The Bombay high court (HC) has directed the sessions court to conclude Indian Mujahideen 2008 e-mail sending case in one year. The 23 accused were arrested in the 2008 Ahmedabad blast under charges of criminal conspiracy including Techie Mansoor Peerbhoy.  

A division bench of Justice S.S. Shinde and Justice Mrudula Bhatkar was hearing an appeal filed by the state  against the order of Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MCOCA) court.
