11 properties sealed for defaulting on tax

Mumbai: The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC)’s action against property tax defaulters continued on Tuesday when it sealed 11 properties in the city over non-payment of property tax worth Rs 45 crore.

The sealed properties include plots belonging to HDIL in S ward, Grace Group of Companies in F-North ward, Real Gem Buildtek (DB Realty) in G-South ward, Trade Wing in Kamala Mills Compound, Shripati Investments and Rupaji Constructions at NM Joshi Marg, Deejay Developers and Ackruti Developers and Builders in G-North ward, Vital Developers in N ward and Muldeep CHS in T ward.
