Mumbai: Tanushree Dutta has submitted an application before the Oshiwara police seeking immediate arrest and chemical analysis tests on all the four accused in the 2008 molestation case. The application stated conducting narco analysis, brain mapping and lie detector tests on Nana Patekar and all the other accused in the case. On Saturday, she submitted her letter through her lawyer Nitin Satpute to the senior police inspector of Oshiwara police station.

Dutta stated that Patekar has already denied the allegations leveled against him. She further stated that Patekar is influential and a high-profile personality with good political connections. Hence, the chances of him bringing undue pressure to bear on the witnesses to change their statement cannot be discounted.

The application also stated that there are eyewitnesses of the March 2008 incident who are not coming forward as they are scared of the accused person and therefore arrest is necessary in this case.

She also expressed her fear that since Patekar has already denied the allegations before the media, he may bring bogus witnesses to record negative sentences. She requested that narco, brain mapping and lie detector test be conducted for a fair investigation.

On October 10, FIR was registered against Patekar, choreographer Ganesh Acharya and Rakesh Sarang, producer of Horn Ok Pleassss.
