Mumbai: The Mumbai police’s Twitter team can add another feather in its cap, as businessman Anand Mahindra of Mahindra Group fame has applauded the cops’ efforts and called them the ‘coolest cats in law enforcement’, hinting that they definitely know how to keep the criminals on their toes. Just recently, the Mumbai police posted a tweet alarming criminals to beware because they have their eyes on you with a GIF of a cat. They wrote, “We have our eyes on you! #BewareCriminals.”

The Business tycoon was apparently so impressed with Mumbai police’s Twitter handle that he took to the social networking website and retweeted the post by saying, ‘These @MumbaiPolice dudes are the coolest cats in the law enforcement world..!’

This isn’t the Mumbai police’s first win: its Twitter handle has often won the love of many Twitter users with their perfectly-timed, topical and hilarious tweets on important campaigns. With its witty memes on current affairs, the Mumbai police usually manages to create a buzz with its posts among the Twitterati, and gets them hooked while enlightening them on following the rules. Earlier, it had used posts based on films and TV shows like Avengers: Infinity War, Baahubali, Game of Thrones and Stranger Things to deliver witty messages on safety.
