Mumbai: Timely action by the police averted situation going out of hand at Mulund station where 'rail roko' was observed for around 30 minutes. Amid rail roko, a brawl took place a commuter and the protestor. Siddharth More, one of the protestors said, "The commuter started abusing us which led to a brawl between us. When we confronted him, the police held us and let him escape. We are urging the police to file an FIR against him, but they are not listening to us."
However, the police claimed that the commuter fled while they were trying to control the situation.
