New Delhi: Sacked Delhi minister Kapil Mishra on Monday met Lt Governor Anil Baijal with complaints about an alleged "scam" in purchase of medicine and ambulance by the city government.

During the meeting, the suspended AAP leader also complained about alleged irregularities in the appointment of 30 medical superintendents in Delhi government hospitals.

"I have raised the issue of these three scams with the L-G who said these cases will be forwarded to the Anti-Corruption Branch," Mishra said.

The suspended AAP leader, who has fallen out with the party leadership, alleged "scam" in procuring medicines in Delhi government hospitals and ambulances by the health department.

Reacting to the meeting, AAP's Delhi spokesperson Saurabh Bharadwaj said the L-G never gives time for a meeting with Aam Aadmi Party MLAs, but Mishra got that.

"Me and many other MLAs' works were stalled illegally by MCD. I requested for an appointment, wrote numerous letters, sent reminders, but the L-G never met us," Bharadwaj said.

"Who is providing official documents to our suspended MLA (Mishra)? Who is planting lies using a proxy," Bharadwaj said suggesting that a leak of documents was happening through the L-G office.
