Road rage: Man shot at in Amar Colony

New Delhi: In an alleged case of road age, a 47-year-old man was allegedly shot at after his motorcycle accidentally touched another man’s bike in southeast Delhi’s Amar Colony.

According to the police, the accused allegedly opened fire as the victim’s two-wheeler accidentally brushed past his motorcycle. The injured, identified as Mohammad Zaki, was hit by the bullet in his thigh and is undergoing treatment at AIIMS trauma centre, the police said.

The incident happened on Thursday when Mohd Zaki (47) was going on his motorcycle.

The police was informed about the incident near Okhla Sabzi Mandi through a PCR call at 9.50 pm on Thursday. The police has booked the accused for attempt to murder by Amar Colony police station.
