Shocking incidents of violence against animals have been reported on several incidents and the abuse just doesn’t seem to stop. After dogs being raped in India and donkeys being assaulted in Morocco, more appalling acts offer little hope.

In a similar report from Russia, a cruel man froze his dog to death on purpose by driving her out in the snow after pouring cold water on her. The hapless creature was found by activists in a frozen state with only one paw moving.

The volunteers freed the canine’s body and rushed her to a vet, but she didn’t survive. A petition with over 1000 signatures is demanding action against the unnamed perpetrator who has been known to neglect the dog before as well.
