Triplets are usually three siblings who are born at the same time, from the same eggs and may be identical. But medical science has changed a lot of thing and a number of new possibilities in childbirth have emerged thanks to groundbreaking procedures.

Seven-year-old Hugo was delighted to welcome his siblings Coco and Monty but it was even more special because they are triplets. Their mother, a former model, went through ten rounds of IVF to bring the siblings to this world with the same fertilised eggs.

They are triplets despite being born years apart because they were conceived at the same time. The twins were born from the frozen embryo’s they had left over when Hugo was conceived.
