Parenthood is an important experience for many people and medical science has opened doors for new possibilities. While IVF and other procedures help women conceive, there seems to be new breakthrough for people trying to have babies.

In a new discovery which may come as a blessing for gay couples, scientists used mouse eggs to create mice without sperm from a male. 29 healthy mice were born with two mothers as they grew up into healthy adults having children of their own.

They also added that some day this technique can be used to create humans with two women or two men as biological parents. Mice from two males were also created as part of the experiment but had mutations and didn’t survive more than 48 hours.
