A large number of people seek ways to stay young by resisting the ageing process and a number of cosmetics in markets promise that. But there are also other means to stay young which can be effective in different ways.

Researchers have revealed that feeling youthful can actually help people stay young. They showed that the ageing of the brain slows down depending on how people feel about themselves.

They have more grey matter in their brains leading to better decision making, self control and hearing. They also have better memory, feel healthier and have lower chances of being depressed.

People may feel old if they lose grey matter and this makes everyday tasks more difficult.
