  •  All purpose flour  2 cups (250 gm)
  •  Baking soda 1 teaspoon 
  •  Salt 1/4th teaspoon 
  •  Butter  1 cup (115 gm)
  •  Brown sugar 3/4th cup (150 gm)
  •  Beaten eggs  2
  •  Bananas 4 to 5 (completely ripe and mashed) 
  • Ingredients  

    •  All purpose flour  2 cups (250 gm)
    •  Baking soda 1 teaspoon 
    •  Salt 1/4th teaspoon 
    •  Butter  1 cup (115 gm)
    •  Brown sugar 3/4th cup (150 gm)
    •  Beaten eggs  2
    •  Bananas 4 to 5 (completely ripe and mashed) 

    Direction 
     Preheat oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes
     Lightly grease the baking loaf tin with butter.
     In a large bowl, combine ingredients like flour, baking soda and  salt. 
     In another bowl, add  butter and brown sugar. Now, stir eggs and  mashed bananas until well blended. Add the banana mixture to the flour and stir just enough to moisten. Pour the batter into a prepared loaf tin. 
     Bake it in preheated oven of 180 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes until a toothpick inserted to the center of the cake is taken out clean. Let the cake cool in the oven for 10 minutes after the baking process. Transfer it to the wire rack.
