High protein pudding

Ingredients  

  • 90 gm plain Greek yogurt
  • Half scoop chocolate or vanilla or strawberry protein powder
  • Small flakes of bitter chocolate

Method

  • Whip up the Greek yogurt to a creamy consistency. Add protein powder to it and continue mixing until you achieve a thick pudding consistency.
  • Place it to the fridge for half-an-hour. Remove from fridge, and sprinkle small flakes of butter chocolate on the pudding mix and serve.
  • It is great for late night cravings or a snack in general.
