This dish is an off-the menu, a signature dish, which has the rich flavour of spices and wine. This is the one dish you need to make any celebrate any special occasion, especially if you are a sea food lover.

Lasooni Tandoori Lobster

Ingredients

1 quantity jumbo lobster

30ml lemon juice

3gms turmeric powder

5gms red chilli powder

15ml mustard oil

30gms ginger garlic paste

50gms yoghurt

3gms fennel seed

2gms chaat masala

3gms onion seeds

15gms garlic butter

15gms garlic roast

20ml white wine

Step 1

Marinate the lobster in lemon juice. Drain the excess liquid after two minutes.

Step 2

Pour white wine and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, mustard oil, ginger garlic paste, yoghurt and fennel powder to the lobster. Retain fro 20-24 hours for rich flavour.

Step 3

Cook the lobster in the tandoor, on a skewer basting with garlic butter. Sprinkle chaat masala and onion seeds on the lobster and serve it in the shell with the head presented on the side.
