  • 2/3 cup water
  • Cashews  (a handful)
  • One fresh ginger piece (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 garlic clove  (peeled and chopped)
  • Two tsp lime juice
  • 2/3 cup water

  • Add zucchini, carrots, cabbage, green pepper, green onions into a bowl.
  • Add cut grape fruit to the same bowl. Squeeze lime after removing the seeds, leaving the pith and the membrane.
  • Add chopped basil, cilantro, and bean sprout to the bowl.
  • For dressing, put all the ingredients into a blender till it becomes thick enough to coat.
  • Once ready, pour it into the bowl and mix it well.
  • Ingredients

    DRESSING

    • 2/3 cup water
    • Cashews  (a handful)
    • One fresh ginger piece (peeled and chopped)
    • 1/2 garlic clove  (peeled and chopped)
    • Two tsp lime juice
    • Two tsp soy sauce

    Method

    • Add zucchini, carrots, cabbage, green pepper, green onions into a bowl.
    • Add cut grape fruit to the same bowl. Squeeze lime after removing the seeds, leaving the pith and the membrane.
    • Add chopped basil, cilantro, and bean sprout to the bowl.
