INTERESTING DYNAMIC BETWEEN THREE LEADING CHARACTERS l GTA V features three protagonists — Michael, Trevor and Franklin. While storytelling has never been this franchise’s strength, it’s interesting to watch all three of them interact and how well they play off each other, Michael and Trevor in particular. While Franklin is pretty much an outsider, Michael and Trevor steal the show. They have excellent chemistry. While one is trying to escape his past and wants a new life, the other embraces it plays by his own rules. This opposing nature fits well with Franklin’s innocence, and watching them work as a team is even more fascinating as a result.

INCREDIBLE SIZE AND SCOPE l The world of GTA V is massive. A city filled with life, mountains, deserts and rivers. There is incredible attention to detail everywhere you look. From important landmarks such as Michael’s house to any random alley, Rockstar North has made sure the environment looks diverse and beautifully detailed.

HEISTS l GTA V features bank heists, and just like any big robbery, you need a lot of preparation. Steal fake IDs and costumes which will act as cover, grab a getaway vehicle and stash it at a suitable place, pick your crew and you are good to go. You can perform these heists in one of two ways, an obvious route, which will often result in shootouts, or a more subtle approach. These heists are authentic, make you feel like a criminal mastermind and are nerve racking right from the start.

THE MISSIONS ARE WAY MORE FUN THAN GTA IV l The missions in GTA V are story-based rather than combat based, and are a massive improvement over GTA IV. There is a lot more variety and you will not find yourself shooting people 24x7. Chase sequences, stealth and underwater missions, assassinations, jobs which require you to fly aircraft or just a regular drive from point A to point B will make sure you are never stuck doing the same thing over and over again.

A TON OF ACTIVITIES TO TAKE PART IN l There is never a dull moment in the world of GTA V and it is filled with activities and hobbies characters can take part in at any time. Play tennis, race on the mountains on a bike or take part in a triathlon. You can also play golf, darts, hunt animals, do yoga, practice at a shooting range and much more. Freaks and Strangers side missions include interesting side-characters to make sure there is something for you whenever you start the game. And yes, you can also play the virtual stock market.
