Uncouth mantri

Rajasthan home minister Gulab Chand Kataria abusing former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is a sad commentary on the standard of today’s politics. Though Mr Kataria apologised later, his speech, which tried to demean Dr Singh in comparison to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in terms of their reception in the US, was too simplistic. Politicians need to draw invisible lines about attacking opponents or we will have to hang our heads in shame on their account.
