Send basit back

India must immediately send Pakistan high commissioner Abdul Basit back to Pakistan after his provocative statement that Pakistan dedicates its I-Day to Kashmir’s independence. How can this be tolerated Any amount of condemnation and communication is worthless. It is in Pakistan’s nature to provoke India while we react mildly. When a school was attacked in Rawalpindi, India was sympathetic and supported Pakistan. But when Burhan Wani was killed in Kashmir, Pakistan declared it a black day and portrayed Wani as a martyr. Clearly, Pakistan won’t mend its ways. Time to declare Mr Basit a persona non-grata.
