Quashing dissent

The national Security Council secretariat plans to start a national media analytics centre to scour blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc, for “belligerent” comments in view of national security. But given the current crisis in JNU, it seems that the Centre is moving fast to clamp down on all spaces of dissent in the name of national security.
