Plan of action

The Haryana government should be extremely careful when it meets Jat leaders to defuse another round of quota protests. The Jat Araksahan Sangarsh Samiti has given time to the state government to pass the reservation bill by March 31, failing which they will resume the agitation. This doesn’t bode well for the state and the people who witnessed violence in February. The government needs to have a plan of action in place.
