Peace on lac

China has never taken India’s contention that its troops had breached the Line of Actual Control seriously. While it is good to hear that India and China have taken a pledge to maintain the sanctity of the LAC, I am sceptical about China adhering to it as the two countries have different and conflicting perceptions about the LAC.
