Pakistan must act

If Pakistan is going to drag the Kashmir issue into its agenda for talks which is expected to begin with India’s foreign secretary S. Jaishankar’s visit to Islamabad, then India must also insist on Pakistan destroying all terror training camps. Pakistan must realise that any progress in bilateral ties will occur only after it takes action against terror emanating from its soil.
