Out of the ordinary

Be it the incubating surrogacy laws that are based on the dictum of throwing the baby out with the bathwater, or be it the much-bandied punitive legislation to eclipse the stars advocating and advertising tall (read false) claims, again based on the saying shooting the messenger, one is impelled to think whether the ruling party on the eve of elections themselves surrogated advertisement of better days ahead and instead delivered battered days ahead!
