Journalist-turned-politician Ashish Khetan is accused of hurting the religious sentiments of Sikhs by comparing the AAP’s youth manifesto, released for the 2017 Assembly polls, to the Guru Granth Sahib, along with publishing a picture of the Golden Temple on its manifesto’s cover along with its election symbol, the broom. If the AAP really wants to expand its base beyond Delhi, it needs to behave maturely rather than making such mistakes that may act as an open invitation to the Opposition to kick the AAP out of the race.
