Multiple alignment

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to visit the US yet again in June, his fourth trip in two years. Rather than pursuing a heavily tilted pro-US foreign policy, India will do well to establish the policy of multiple alignment. It is imperative for India to engage deeply with all countries. Leaning towards specific countries while ignoring others will prove problematic in the long run for our new role globally.
