The decision of Argentine forward and captain Lionel Messi to retire from international football following his team’s loss to Chile in the Copa America final seems to have been taken in the heat of the moment. From the day he started his football career, Messi has always been seen one of the greatest players of all times. But retiring at the age of 29, just because he is tired of leading Argentina, is not like him. This decision is a greater upset than Argentina losing the Copa America final to Chile.
