Make it work

While finance minister Arun Jaitley’s Budget vows to spend more on social sectors, the question is whether these flagship schemes are going to be implemented successfully. Rampant corruption, petty politics and other administrative loopholes are major barriers to India’s growth. Stringent efforts are required to ensure growth.
