Your edit page cartoon showing Vijay Mallya relaxing on a beach with caption “The real art of living” is apt. Mr Mallya’s clarification that “As an Indian MP I fully respect and will comply with the law of the land” is a cruel joke. If he was so concerned about his image and “trial by media”, he shouldn’t have left the country. While various political parties criticise the Modi government for allowing Mr Mallya to leave, Mr Mallya is having the last laugh.
