Jungle raj returns

The road rage incident where a teenage boy was allegedly shot dead in Gaya district of Bihar for overtaking an SUV of a ruling party Janata Dal (United) legislator's son clearly shows that the law and order situation in the state has completely collapsed. How can someone take a life over such a minor issue It is clear that jungle raj has returned to Bihar.
