Flawed arguments

It is a perverse line of argument that triple talaq is not permissible as it is un-Islamic. If some Islamic scholar comes up with religious approval in the favour of the controversial practice, the reasoning will fall. What will happen if next day some scholar calls for a ban on idolatry like in Saudi Arab, as it hurts his sentiments The Constitution should be the yardstick.
