Faux Islamists

Twenty-one youngsters have gone missing from Kerala with some suspected to have left in a bid to join ISIS. The missing apparently belong to affluent families and are well-educated individuals. Up until now they were leading normal lives and then started speaking to their families about abandoning everything and going somewhere to lead a “true Islamic way of life”. What is absolutely inexplicable is how ordinary people can be so brainwashed and instigated to be a part of something as horrible and inhuman as ISIS.
