The fallen hero

The 21-month prison sentence for Lionel Messi and his father for defrauding the tax department of 4.1 million euros has proved that time spares no one. Messi’s statement that he had no knowledge of any wrongdoing seems unjustified. Although he will be able to avoid the prison sentence, it’s hard to believe that stars like these can behave in this manner.
