Europe’s test

After the terror attack on Paris in November 2015, whose attackers were traced in Belgium, the terror attack on Brussels, where several people have been killed in twin suicide bomb explosions, does not come as a surprise. Yet it is hoped that in their zest to hunt those behind this attack, Europe doesn’t go after Syrian refugees who, like them, are also victims of Islamic terror.
