Cleaner cities

The editorial Clean up the cities (February 17) gave a striking message about the responsibilities of ordinary citizens in keeping our cities clean. The need of the hour is to have better sewage systems in the cities and adequate toilets for men and women. That will go a long way in keeping our cities clean.
