Bad news for navy

While highly sensitive details of the Scorpene submarines being built in Mumbai have been leaked, defence minister Manohar Parrikar’s attempt to play it down is a feeble one. A submarine is known for its stealth and is effective only till it remains secretive or undetected. With The Australian newspaper uploading a fresh batch of documents daily, India should be genuinely worried.
